I've been trying to Add Funds to my wallet, but when I try it says something like this:
This credit card information is incorrect, please enter new information at Billing Information under Account Management.
Now when I try entering my Billing Information (as it says on a bank statement) it just says something like this: Credit Card info not valid. Please check your entries carefully.
When I know my entries are correct. The only thing I do differently from the bank statement is not putting anything in all capitals.
I've looked into this problem a little bit, and it seems a lot of people have it. However, out of all the forums I've checked I've never gotten a straight answer. The only information I've gathered is, once you enter your info 3 times without it working Sony "locks you out" for 24 hours. Meaning I can't try again till' same time tomorrow.
Can someone please give me a straight out tutorial on how to enter my Billing Information without it saying: Credit Card info not valid. Please check your entries carefully.
