Try this solution, it worked for me when I ticked on and off the automatic wi-fi connection:

1. Find the wi-fi spot that you are connected to and press on it to go into the properties;

2. click on additional setting;

3. go to the very end and tick the box "do not automatically connect to this point".

Try to launch the game. Once you have successfully launched the full game, go back to the Wi-Fi settings and revers all the actions that you have performed.

I hope it works for you too!!! Good luck!

I'm sure if you googled the code you might find some leads. Here are some links of other threads with the problem and various solutions.

You can reinstall. If you want to keep your save data then plonk the file on to the PC via content manager and take out the save file on the version you copied to PC. Then re-download, transfer new version on to PC, and then plonk the save data back in place, and transfer back to Vita.

Or if you have plus, just cloud save it. Either way a reinstall, a restart, or a rebuild of the database may help things.

I think, therefore I am.

Update.

This has been raised but in the mean time you can use SeriousKGB's workaround which has also been mentioned on the official game site
