Yeah I don't really use personal spaces, and I think I'd rather wait until the new Clubhouse comes to EU. So I think I'll give it a miss. If it was £4.99 or something, I would buy it, but that's just way too deep into my avatars pocket.

I have a wife who's not a thrifty as me with my credit card and she's picked it straight up lol.

It comes with 20 extra furniture pieces and a free item in the store so I suppose you could class it more as a bundle than a space.

Still hurts though, I hope it's not the start of a trend.
