my foult i give this guy my account details with is login and password and change it so i cant use my account.then he text me and says that he have at least 50stolen account.please anyone could help me get it back.

If its not possible, can I ban this account??

Well at least you admitted it's your fault. Get in touch with Sony. Search this site there are phone numbers for the people you need to contact. They will ask security questions, and in future DO NOT GIVE YOUR DETAILS TO ANYONE
