Consumers in specific countries that are officially supported by the PSN
cannot access the PS Store(EU) by registering with their country of
residence. These consumers cannot use their credit cards by choosing a
country that is permitted to use the PS Store(EU) because of VISA
regulations. This leads to false identities, therefore non-refundable
purchases and loss of data. And by commercial means it is a nonsense for
developers that speak loud about DLC sales issues.

(...although it is possible for them to access PlayStation Network if they
provide an address located in a supported country. However, it is against
terms and conditions if the address is fake or does not/never has belonged
to them.)
By advertising this product with all features, but without any warning
avoiding the consumer to have no full access, until after the product is being purchased is against the consumer rights.
This issue exist since this product is released.
Here is the link of how it's been advertised in its manual:
http://manuals.playstation.net/document/tr/ps3/cur
It is software developers responsibility; by not including any warning and
geolocation verification in their softwares, leaving the consumer that has
been guided to have a false identity in the same or different region and
therefore having a faulty non-refundable purchase.
(Geolocation is used by the same software companies for their own benefits, as example; DLC to Region matching)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geolocation
This is a mistreatment, an abuse of consumer rights that exist since the
release of PS3.
This letter will be send to PS3 developers and the PSN.
It will be issued to the FCC in the United States and the European Consumer Commission in the EU.

How ?
I can't work it out. Sony take this view all details you sign up with are correct if there incorrect you lied therefore have no rights. You void them
Xbox live is the same so are most online services
Are you saying that all supported nations on PSN should have access to the store or what ? and lack breaking your rights ?
Sony states that certain services will not be released to certain nations.

No degs, spot on mate. Y'know what thing I really hated about working in retail? The customers that THINK they know it all. The original post reeks of it.
When you click Accept on ANY T&C document, it is a LEGALLY BINDING agreement between you and Sony. If you create an account with false information, what you're basically doing is commiting identity fraud, which more or less cancels the agreement on their side, which prevents fraud etc. Its the same on any other online service, so its not "abuse of consumer rights" its a breach of SONYS rights to protect themselves from fraud or worse.

Visit the links before commenting. Turkey is an officially supported country as Greece and both cannot access the PS Store (see links in the original post). There are a bunch of other consumers of other countries (if you please google about it before replying it would help you to get the message) which pointing about it. Playstation is being advertised to have all features included, there is no warning that the PS Store cannot be accessed by certain countries, neither on the box or manuals. In my specific case (see links again) there is a Turkish translation of how to use the PS Store in their official playstation website.

Read the post carefully and listen to your customers when u start working in a retail shop later again.
I would if I was going back to retail. Bloody hellish sector. It's up to the consumer to find out if these services are available for them. It's akin to buying a Class 2 truck when you dont have a license to drive it.
