As we know the XMB interface is very annoying and its very ugly but the inferface of the xbox360 looks very cool that makes many ps3 fans worry, so SONY PLEASE INTRODUCE A MORE STYLISH AND COOLER INTERFACE for the ps3 on the next update after 4.20

Seriously? The XMB is great. Very simple and with a good dynamic theme it looks fine. The xbox one imo is a mess. Took me a wile to fined out where the demo's where.

I hope Sony keep the XMB as it is for the rest of the PS3 lifespan.

No SCE won't change XMB.

They will slowly fix the other more important things instead of wasting time on the things thats not actualy broke.

The max time you should spend on XMB is about 6 seconds to select the Next game/Video/Music to play.

Reading messages will take longer if all you get is tons of spam.

The settings Menu could be hidden buy a preset after setup, but all the other menus are still needed.

All Icons can be Altered with a theme editor and the Wallpaper is user changable with out one.

The wallpaper also auto changes when you move over content.

BBC sports app wallpaper is nice.

As is the AXN player.

Its an award winning design on HDTVs and BD players ( The PS vita is touch screen, like other touch screen devices it needed touch controlls which the XMB does not have..)

There is allready a Back lash of users who don't like metro, so Microsofts designs are no award winners.

Linux is no better Unity and gnome3 was laughed at on release. 

Apple messed up OSX buy adding IOSX features and upset their High spending Imac core user base...

XMB is horrible. However as others have said, no it's not going to be changed at least not this generation. PS4 probably.

Yeah the XMB makes me worry every time I see it laughing that it could be an advert riddled dashboard that is thrown upon thee every several months and you have no choice but to lump it!

Thank god Sony keep the sleek, easy to navigate XMB
