PS3 Fan test ..

I have a 40 gb ps3, the fan test is great for cleanin out my console, I heard this feature is only avaliable on the 40gb ps3 models... is this true ?

Basically its a way of reving up the fan speed. Its good for cleaning out the ps3.

You can also do it on a 60GB, although its not recommended by Sony.

Switch off console on front, so red lights appear. Place your finger on eject button (keep it held on), switch it off at the bak with your finger still on eject button, then switch it bak on.

there is no need to test friend, most people on here are PS3 fans so u dont need to doubt, didnt rli read ur post so i hope thats what u meant x

what are you doing? if you cant be bothered to read posts why come on here? youve done this twice now.

 

We're both talking about the fan in the ps3 not being a fan of the ps3.
