Just wondering as i'd really like to get rid of it and trade it in for a PS3 slim. I hate having this ticking time bomb and worrying everytime it freezes or makes a loud noise

I think it great you should because i got YLOD on my 60GB i heard all the PS3 60GB has YLOD but both PS3 are new.

best price is £198 trade in from CEX, gamestation will beat that price by a whole pound! (if there is a cex store within 10 miles)

My first PS3 got YLOD on it's 2nd Birthday (March) then I paid £145 for a refurbed one which arrived already broken I then thought I was entitled to a brand new one but Sony just send another refurbed one in April.

Just seen one go on eBay with 4 games (not very good ones) for £207. Might stick mine on eBay with a couple of games that I don't play anymore.

ive got the save problem with my ps3 so i am trading it for a ps3 slim

i did a thread before about an offer from CEX

Playstation3 60GB Boxed (PS2 Comp.)      they do an offer of £198 wich is pretty good tbh
