ok right hello ive just got a ps3 ive had one before but that was when the first 60 gig was out so a lot has changed
just need to some adivce on games ect really
i got the 160 gig ps3 with MAG, battlefield 3, resistance 3, and uncharted 3. (bit annoyed u can make custom online games on resistance 3 like fall of man 
...)
anyway this mag is brilliant i paid 5 pound for it and its so good!! but i dont really understand it like no one speaks and i cant tell how many people are in the game and what im doing really
also i find i get killed so much quicker than my gun kills them

Its a shame that you haven't been able to talk to anyone during a game to help point you in the rite direction with what you have to do. If you have any questions please feel to list them and I'm sure myself or someone else will be able to answer them for you.
As for getting kills and being killed, MAG isn't really the type of game that you need to overly worry about how much you die etc, sticking to the objective in hand is the priority number 1! Also as you rank up and gain money and experience points you will be able to unlock new weapons and attachments for them, you will also be able to upgrade your skills so that you are better in certain areas, such as aiming etc.
Ive been playing for bout 18 months and its definatly my preferred shooter. Theres nothing like MAG on any other system. Ill second everything The-Sea-Trout stated. Kills aren't too important. Like Battlefield, teamwork is king. A good tip would be to do some of the medics abilities so you can revive teammates and purchase the medical kit so you can heal/revive others. To number crunch a bit ill give you a breakdown of some of the xp values. A kill - 5xp, Revive - 10xp (If revive skill is fully upgraded) and healing, depending on how much health the other players has, can get you up to about 30xp. If done near the FRAGO then all those values are doubled. So not only are you helping your team and keeping em in the fight, your earning stacks of xp!! I play like a medic and consistantly finish in the top 5 for a game of domination, even when only getting 25 or so kills. The medical kit is a valuable bit of kit and Id recommend you to try n get it as soon as you can. If you need any tips or help just post it up here.
