I've not heard of anyone being being suspended & i've been playing a while. Doubt you would get suspended unless you were actually doing something wrong

Well you can increase the chance of getting to lead is by having a mic and putting it on.

But I hope you know how to use frago and airstrikes because many leaders don't.

People with mics on get a higher chance of recieving it. But your odds are 1 in 32 when your mic is off usually so it can be hard to get sometimes.
