Re: Little Big Planet shown in 3D.

Could be awesome if it worked properly - the working between each planes was probably the biggest gameplay fault in the game so if it helps with that, as it says, then it would be especially good :smileyvery-happy:

Re: Little Big Planet shown in 3D.

From the sounds of the Eurogamer report, it seems like this is an example of 3D being more that just a visual thing. He seems to suggest that it could actually add to the gameplay experience as well. Sounds good to me, although I doubt I'll be able to afford a 3D TV for a few years. :smileysad:

Re: Little Big Planet shown in 3D.

I like the sound of 3D tv but would us four eyed players have to wear specs over our specs making us six eyed players and would the tvs last longer than the ps3s or would they be sold as unreliable prototypes like the original fat ps3 seems to have been as I think I would wait till they had perfected them before I purchase, but still sounds like the future of gaming to me

I don't understand. LBP has always been 3D.

?...

It's nothing to do with that. It's about 3D viewing, like the type you get nowadays in the cinema.

The image pertrudes out from the screen, giving better depth perception to whats actually going on on-screen.

Remember the red/blue 3D Glasses, it's like that, but the spec you need in this case are the shutter type 3D specs... oh and a new TV capable of processing such imagery.
