Hi, where did you get your copy of the game from? If it was online via HMV, they should send you an e-mail with the e-mail address you purchased it (hmv account). If you purchased it via a store then from what i gathered you have to contact Sony UK Customer services (but i'd contact HMV too).

I got my e-mail from HMV around this lunchtime.

If you got it from HMV you should have automatically recieved the e-mail with the code from hmv@email.hmv.com

check your spam folder

you should have had it by now, if not you will need to take it up with HMV.

It gets sent to whatever email you used to order from HMV. Check your spam
